# Terms of Sale

## 1. Who may buy

You must be at least 21 years old to use this website or place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.

## 2. Research use only

Every product sold by LotusPeptide is sold for laboratory research use only. It is not for human or animal consumption, and it is not a drug, food, supplement or cosmetic. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim that any product treats, cures or prevents any condition.

## 3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you live and where the order is delivered, and for handling products safely.

## 4. Who you are buying from

LotusPeptide is the seller of every product on this website and is responsible for your order, your payment, customer service, refunds and any dispute. For anything about your order, contact LotusPeptide.

## 5. Orders and payment

An order is reserved for you for a limited time while you pay. If payment has not been confirmed by the time shown on your order page, the order is cancelled automatically. Prices are in US dollars. We deliver to addresses in the United States, and in the United Kingdom and the European countries listed on [our UK and Europe page](https://lotuspeptide.com/uk-eu).

## 6. Delivery, loss and theft

You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address; if a package is returned or misdelivered because of the address you gave, re-shipping is at your cost. A tracking number is provided for every order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after the carrier shows them as delivered, or for carrier delays. If a package arrives damaged or seems lost before delivery, contact LotusPeptide: replacements and refunds are offered on damaged or lost items. Orders to the United Kingdom and Europe are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place): the recipient pays any import VAT, duties and UPS fees to UPS on delivery.

## 7. Shipping and returns

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Returns are not accepted. Replacements and refunds are offered on damaged or lost items. Shipping to the United Kingdom and Europe is described on [our UK and Europe page](https://lotuspeptide.com/uk-eu).

## 8. Payment disputes

If there is a problem with your order, contact LotusPeptide first. Please do not open a payment dispute or chargeback without giving us the chance to help; disputes found to be unfounded may be contested.

## 9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the liability of LotusPeptide and of anyone who fulfils its orders is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Neither is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any use of a product other than laboratory research.

## 10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this website when you order applies to that order.
